What training methods do you use?

Positive reinforcement and fear-free techniques. Through my CPDT-KA ceritification, I must follow protocol when training by implimenting the least invasive and minimally aversive techniques as possible. Training plans will always vary from family to family, but my goal is to make sure training is as fun and comprehensive as possible for everyone involved.

I will not train using any corrective measures (forced positions, isolation, battery, or leash corrections).

Types of Services

In-Home or location private lessons. Breweries, parks, cafes, and pet-stores are common locations to practice specific skills.

Basic manners for puppies, adolescents, and adult dogs. Advanced skills for clients looking for CGC ceritifications (CGCU/CGCA). Appointments for testing are available.

Scent work and tricks for extra curricular skils.

Leash reactive dogs will be taken case by case.

No aggression or resource guarding cases. Referrals can be made to appropriate facilities.

Pet Care/Walking - Will take on a case by case process.

Payment/Cancellation/Rescheduling

First Time Clients

• Initial payment will be done at the end of the first lesson.

Cancellation

• When cancelling a prepaid appointment without rescheduling WITHIN 24 hours, 50% will be refunded.

• When cancelling a prepaid appointment without rescheduling BEFORE 24 hours, 80% will be refunded.

• When cancelling due to illness, tragedy, or injury (human or dog), 100% will be refunded. This includes dogs going into Heat.
